Easter holidays: changes in operation of public transport, parking lots and customer service centres
Trams, trolleybus, bus
During Easter holidays, on April 14, 15, 16 and 17, the public transport will run according to the holiday schedule.
Passengers having bought one-month tickets for working days should take into account that these tickets will not be valid on Friday, April 14, and on Monday, April 17, which are holidays.
Customer service centres
On April 13 the customer service centre at Brīvības Street 49/53 will be open from 8:00 till 17:00, and the other six customer service centres will be open as usually on working days, i.e. until 19:00. On April 13 legal persons will be served in the customer service centre at Brīvības Street 191 from 8:00 till 15:00.
On April 14, 16 and 17 all customer service centres will be closed.
On Saturday, April 15, the customer services will be open from 10:00 till 16:00, except the one located at Brīvības ielā 49/53, which will be closed on this day.
Parking lots
The pay parking lots operated by „Rīgas satiksme” will be available free of charge on April 14, 16 and 17, except the underground parking lot at K.Valdemāra Street 5a (next to the House of Congresses), where on holidays parking services will be charged for according to the current tariffs.
On Saturday, April 15, pay parking lots will operate as usually on Saturdays: parking lots in tariff zones A, B, C, D will be open from 9:00 till 17:00, and in Old Riga from 6:00 till 24:00.
Minibuses, night transport
Minibuses will run according to Sunday’s schedule on Friday, April 14, Saturday, April 16, and on Monday, April 17, and according to Saturday’s schedule on Saturday, April 15.
The night transport will be available in the night of April 14/15 and April 15/16.
